Overview

You will lead the day-to-day operations of the company managing everything from legal and admin to internal processes.

You will serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders - partners customers and advisors - representing the company with clarity confidence and trust.

You will support the CEO and CTO directly as a trusted operational counterpart - stepping into meetings managing communications and acting as a proxy when needed.

You will coordinate with legal advisors consultants and accountants to ensure compliance and operational efficiency - especially in the Italian regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

  • You will oversee compliance and risk management processes.
  • You will oversee the operational go-live of the company\'s product helping align teams and processes in the transition from development to market readiness.
  • You will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial contracts with fleet and refueling partners including onboarding integration and performance monitoring to ensure quality execution and compliance.
  • You will allocate 25 - 30% of your time to supporting business development and operations in the DACH market (Germany Austria Switzerland) including potential travel.
  • You will work closely with a small highly technical team and play a central role in growing the operational structure sustainably.

Qualifications

  • You have 7-10 years of experience in operations commercial delivery or project management.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English.
  • You have worked with (or can work with) traditional industries such as oil & gas logistics or fleet operators or equivalent.
  • You have a hands-on execution-first mentality.
  • You are proactive resilient and adaptable with the ability to take initiative and wear multiple hats.
  • You think independently and aren\'t afraid to challenge ideas while still respecting decisions and contributing to a collaborative team-driven environment.
  • You have a strategic mindset and can think ahead while staying grounded in daily priorities.
  • You value honesty transparency and accountability and bring those traits into your working relationships.
  • You are able to operate in the Central European timezone with willingness to travel once a month to meet with the team in Bolzano.
  • You have a genuine interest in tech-for-impact green energy or logistics innovation.

Extra credits
