Head of new BU - Electrical and Electronic solutions for industrial applications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and business plan for the new Business Unit
• Lead the development and growth of the BU from an early‑stage phase
• Identify and develop new markets, customers, and applications
• Manage P&L responsibility , budgeting, and performance targets
• Work closely with R&D, operations, and sales to ensure successful product and solution deployment
• Build and lead a dedicated team , fostering a performance‑driven culture
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
• Report directly to Top Management , providing regular updates on progress and results
