About Our Client
Our client is an Italian company that designs and manufactures electrical and electronic solutions for industrial applications. The company is recognized for the reliability and quality of its solutions and serves a wide range of industrial and electrotechnical projects.
Job Description
- Define and execute the strategy and business plan for the new Business Unit
- Lead the development and growth of the BU from an early-stage phase
- Identify and develop new markets, customers, and applications
- Manage P&L responsibility , budgeting, and performance targets
- Work closely with R&D, operations, and sales to ensure successful product and solution deployment
- Build and lead a dedicated team , fostering a performance-driven culture
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Report directly to Top Management , providing regular updates on progress and results
The Successful Applicant
- Background in electrical, automation, energy, or related sectors
- Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability
- Solid commercial and financial acumen (P&L ownership)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
