To achieve this, we are strengthening our sales team within the Modern Trade channel.
As Head of Modern Trade , you will be a key driver of our commercial success.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you can shape and execute channel strategy, lead a talented team of Key Account Managers and own relationships with top retailers and buying groups.
Your Responsibilities
- Coach, develop, and empower your team, embracing Ricola's culture of Caring & Daring to drive growth, collaboration, and bold decision-making
- Define and implement channel strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive revenue, distribution and market share growth through effective planning and execution
- Lead first-level negotiation s with buying groups and key accounts
- Monitor performance and optimize investments.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven experience in FMCG and Modern Trade at a senior level
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and profitability
