Job Summary
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in Italy. This role requires deep expertise in Amazon marketing, along with the ability to lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1、Strategy Development:Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals, with a strong focus on Amazon marketing and e-commerce growth. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges shaping the Italian market.
2、Amazon Platform Leadership: Drive brand presence, sales growth, and market share on Amazon through optimized product listings, sponsored ads, brand store management, and Amazon-specific promotional strategies.
3、Brand Management:Build and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation across all channels, including Amazon. Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all touch points.
4、Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
5、Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing campaigns across Amazon, digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
6、Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and media to expand brand reach and visibility in Italy, including Amazon-related ecosystem partners.
7、Budget Management:Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control, with specific focus on Amazon advertising ROI. Deliver regular budget and performance updates.
8、Customer Insights and Analytics: Collect and analyze customer data and market insights, particularly from Amazon platform analytics, to drive marketing decisions and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
2、Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3、Extensive hands-on experience in Amazon marketing is essential**, including proven success in driving growth on the Amazon platform.
4、Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the Italian market.
5、Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
7、In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels, with expertise in Amazon advertising tools and analytics.
