Who We’re Looking For
We’re shifting from an outbound-heavy approach to building our first real inbound growth engine, and we’re looking for someone to lead that transformation. This role involves building a predictable pipeline by setting a clear positioning, crafting a compelling narrative, and activating the right channels.
In the initial months, your focus will be on conducting in-depth research, gathering customer insights, and testing messaging and value propositions. The goal is to identify a positioning that resonates, converts, and accelerates our path to product-market fit. Subsequently, you'll scale the engine, content, SEO, paid campaigns, and partnerships with speed and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Design positioning & messaging, define our UVP, tone of voice, and ensure every touchpoint reflects them.
- Build inbound channels from scratch: design and validate inbound strategies (content, SEO, paid ads, PR, partnerships), launch rapid tests, and scale successful initiatives.
- Manage growth experiments: set hypotheses, run sprints, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
- Enhance commercial collateral: update website, decks, and landing pages to improve conversion.
- Coordinate specialists, brief, select, and manage freelancers or agencies to deepen efforts where needed.
- Report key metrics: keep CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline health transparent for the team.
- Measure success through two KPIs: driving qualified traffic and converting that traffic into opportunities.
Success means establishing a memorable market positioning and an inbound engine that generates qualified leads automatically.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace marketing/growth, with a track record of building channels from scratch.
- Proven expertise in positioning, go-to-market strategies, and inbound playbooks.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, content creation, Google & Meta Ads, and knowing when to outsource for expertise.
- Data-driven mindset: familiarity with attribution models, GA4/Amplitude, funnel & cohort analysis.
- Bias for action & ownership: rapid testing, autonomous decision-making, full accountability for results.
- Comfortable working on-site in Milano with flexible remote days.
