by its member companies, is growing steadily and successfully in all areas of testing, inspection, and certification.

Position

Currently, we are looking for a Head of Marketing & Communication for our office MTIC Intercert, Rho, Italy.

Main responsibilities

• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
• Set, monitor and report on team goals to CEO
• Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
• Research and implement marketing tools to support promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc) of MTIC Group
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams of each department / area to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
• Coordinate the branding activities of MTIC Group

Additional requirements

• Communicate appropriately at all levels within the organization
• Take notes and draw up written reports
• Make presentations
• Conduct interviews
• Manage audits / inspections
• Coordinate work groups
• Solve problems through logical processes and data analysis
