We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the future vision and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies within our production facilities. This is a strategic and execution-focused role, with a primary mission to modernize and optimize undercarriage manufacturing processes while ensuring operational excellence. The role includes significant responsibility for capital investment planning and delivery, with an annual CAPEX budget of €7-8 million, and requires close coordination with internal teams and external suppliers. You will also lead a team of 20+ people and report in to the COO.

Key Responsibilities:
*Drive the strategic upgrade of manufacturing technologies in alignment with the companies long-term vision for product innovation and market leadership.
*Lead the planning and execution of large-scale industrial projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and delivery standards (Zero Injuries, Zero Defects, On-Time Delivery).
*Manage and monitor the full CAPEX lifecycle - from business case development to execution, commissioning, and post-implementation evaluation.
*Evaluate and develop supplier capabilities to support manufacturing improvements and ensure supply chain readiness.
*Collaborate closely with product development, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure plant capabilities support all current and future customer requirements.
*Implement best practices in manufacturing engineering, automation, and lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
*Foster a strong culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master's preferred).
*Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a focus on capital projects.
*Proven success in leading complex industrial projects in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
*Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, automation, and supplier development.
*Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence peers across the organization.

*Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
