HEAD OF LEGAL DEPARTMENT
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure legal security and participate in the prevention of legal operational risks (implementation of new regulations, legal validation of new products and setups).
- Act as Legal Counsel for the Company’s activities and ensure appropriate legal support (internal or external).
- Collaborate with management to represent and defend the Group’s interests before professional organizations and authorities.
- Map legal risks and develop action plans to control these risks, including training needs.
- Define and implement internal service agreements and procedures, especially with the commercial department.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation files (excluding recovery) on behalf of or in defense of the Company.
- Set annual objectives and priorities with management and oversee staff in coordination with Human Resources.
Requirements
- Solid experience as Head of Legal Department, preferably in banking or financial sectors.
- Ability to propose practical and innovative solutions, ensuring legal certainty for operations.
- Strong management, organizational, cooperation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
