Overview

Head of Legal CU South Europe Eurasia at Ericsson. Lead the legal function for the assigned territory across commercial, corporate, regulatory, data protection, competition, intellectual property, sanctions/trade control issues and dispute resolution. Report to the Head of Legal EMEA and be a member of the EMEA Legal Leadership Team and the CU South Europe & Eurasia Leadership Team.

• Drive innovation: identify and mitigate legal and business risks, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Lead and develop your people: build capability within the legal team, support skill development across GFLA, share knowledge and promote an inclusive team environment.

What You'll Bring

• Top-Tier Legal Acumen: at least 15 years of experience in a corporate in-house setting or at a leading law firm, broad international experience; experience in tech/telecommunications is a plus.
• Strategic Mindset: strong business acumen, ability to analyse complex situations and provide sound legal advice aligned with business objectives.
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels and navigate challenging conversations.
