In our fast-growing and innovation-driven environment, the Head of Learning, Talent and Leadership will play a key part in shaping a high-performing, customer-focused organization by leading strategic programs in learning, leadership, and talent development—aligning people growth with Alpitronic’s mission.
The role will drive targeted functional training aligned with business and operational goals, oversee the development of competency frameworks to guide career progression and organizational capability building, and steer leadership development in accordance with Alpitronic’s leadership model. It will also manage performance management systems that embed clear goal-setting, continuous feedback, and alignment between individual performance and organizational outcomes.
Your Responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy & Delivery: Design and roll out scalable learning programs across technical, functional, and leadership areas. Use blended learning approaches (digital, in-person, experiential) and manage internal platforms (e.g. LMS) as well as relationships with external providers and trainers
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Create and implement leadership and talent programs aligned with company values and growth needs. Support initiatives like mentoring, coaching, and career pathing, and build succession pipelines for key roles
  • Competency & Career Frameworks: Develop and embed role-specific competency models to support performance, learning, and career development across functions
  • Performance Management: Lead the continuous improvement of performance processes, supporting managers with tools and training for effective goal-setting, feedback, and development conversations
  • Efficiency & Impact: Monitor L&D investments, evaluate training effectiveness, and ensure initiatives are data-driven and aligned with business goals
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to leadership, HR, and business units, fostering a culture of continuous learning and internal mobility. Mentor internal L&D teams and build external partnerships to enhance learning ecosystems

Your Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field
  • Solid working experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Training Management
  • Proven track record of leading internal or external training teams or organizations
  • Strong project management skills and ability to solve complex learning challenges
  • Ability to align L&D strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable results
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing L&D teams and driving cross-functional learning initiatives
  • Experience in designing role-specific competency frameworks and career development pathways
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning technologies
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate workforce trends and long-term learning needs
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and training analytics to enhance impact and efficiency
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and German as a plus
