Today, Arteana partners with leading premium retailers across North America, Europe, and the Middle East and is entering its next phase of international expansion.


We are now looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Head of International Wholesale to scale our global wholesale business and strengthen our position within the international designer landscape.


The Role

As Head of International Wholesale, you will be responsible for shaping, driving, and executing Arteana’s wholesale growth strategy across Europe, GCC, and APAC.


You will work directly with the founders and commercial team to:


  • Define and execute international distribution strategy
  • Develop and deepen relationships with key luxury retail partners
  • Identify and unlock new growth markets
  • Drive revenue expansion with both existing and new accounts
  • Ensure strategic alignment between brand positioning and commercial execution


This role requires strong market presence and participation in key fashion markets including New York, Paris, and Milan.


You will play a central role in positioning Arteana within the global luxury ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Arteana’s international wholesale strategy
  • Build, negotiate, and manage partnerships with top-tier luxury retailers
  • Expand into new strategic markets while strengthening existing regions
  • Drive seasonal sell-in performance and long-term account growth
  • Analyze sales performance and translate data into actionable strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams
  • Represent Arteana at international markets and showroom appointments
  • Ensure commercial growth aligns with brand values and long-term positioning


Who You Are

  • 5–10 years’ experience in wholesale, international sales, or distribution within luxury fashion
  • Strong existing network within luxury retail (department stores, specialty stores, online luxury platforms)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth internationally
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with sales data and forecasting
  • Commercially sharp but brand-sensitive and you understand designer positioning
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
  • Structured, proactive, and execution-oriented
  • Fluent in English (Italian or additional languages are a plus)


Experience within luxury footwear is highly advantageous.
