Reporting directly into the Group CTO, this appointment represents a mission-critical role in architecting the future of our engineering organization, catalyzing transformative innovation and ensuring strategic congruence between technology capabilities, product vision and overarching enterprise objectives.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide strategic oversight and governance for large-scale technology initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment across geographies and functional domains.* Exercise functional leadership over Country CTOs on behalf of Group CTO, ensuring strategic consistency and adherence to group-wide technology principles and vision.* Champion the standardization and harmonization of way of working, processes, toolsets and methodological frameworks across the technology organization.* Foster and institutionalize a unified, cross-functional technology and engineering culture through strategic initiatives, thought leadership and the dissemination of best practices.* Collaborate with Group-wide technical teams (e.g. architecture, DevOps, cloud, AI) in driving technological convergence in alignment with enterprise technology strategies, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic roadmaps in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.* Provide executive-level support to the international CTO function, with accountability for budget governance, cost optimization, talent acquisition strategy and performance management.**Hard Skills:*** Extensive expertise in architecting and implementing technology governance frameworks and enterprise operating models within large-scale, multinational organizations characterized by organizational and operational complexity.* Exceptional ability to exert strategic influence and provide visionary leadership to C-suite technology executives, directing cohesive technology strategy execution across geographically dispersed and functionally diverse CTO organizations.* Comprehensive knowledge of modern software engineering principles, enterprise-grade platform architectures and the strategic integration of AI and Cloud capabilities.* A distinguished track record of at least 10 years in progressive technology leadership roles within international software development and innovation-driven environments, with strong preference for candidates from product-led technology organizations.* Complete professional fluency in English is essential; multilingual proficiency in Spanish, French or other strategically relevant languages represents a significant differentiating advantage.**Soft Skills:*** **ENTREPRENEURSHIP** – We are driven by an entrepreneurial spirit that propels organizational excellence, fosters breakthrough innovation, and challenges conventional boundaries in pursuit of both individual distinction and collective enterprise success.
