Head of International HR & People Strategy (Europe)

Rover.com is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape and scale the people strategy for its international business outside the U.S. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona, with relocation support and a focus on building a high-performing Europe-focused People function.

You will partner with regional leaders and the global People team to design organizational structures, workforce plans, and talent strategies while integrating AI-enabled tools across the function.
