HEAD OF INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITIES

For our client, an international general contractor operating in the private construction sector, we are looking, in a context of strong organizational growth, for a Head of Industrial Activities .

Reporting to the Country Manager, the Head of Industrial Activities represents the company in the assigned area of business, designing and building industrial buildings for private clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of allocated resources with operational efficiency.
• Implementation of the strategy and achieving of objectives in terms of order taking, profitability of business line and customer satisfaction.
• Definition and implementation of business and technical strategy
• Management of compliance with best practice and quality & safety standards
• Risk management
• Financial management of his/her area

Internal relations:

• Management team of the BU Business development teams Project teams
• All support functions (Technical Departments, Legal & Insurance, Finance, HR, etc.)

External relations:

• Clients, project owner representatives and construction site operators Partners / Subcontractors / suppliers
• Public utilitiesand administrations

QUALIFICATION:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or similar
• Confirmed experience (more than10 years) in construction project management and/or in business development
• Languages spoken: fluent English required, French is a plus
