What You’ll Do
Lead the Inbound Journey
- Oversee the global process for managing inbound inquiries from email and digital platforms.
- Ensure timely engagement and accurate documentation to create a seamless experience.
Qualify with Insight
- Use advanced tools (Pitchbook, CRM) to assess lead relevance and strategic potential.
- Apply qualification criteria to prioritize high-value opportunities.
Enable Commercial Success
- Route qualified leads to the right regional teams for fast, effective follow-up.
- Maintain clear records of handoffs and status updates in CRM systems.
Measure & Optimize
- Monitor KPIs and conversion metrics to continuously improve processes.
- Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
What You Bring
- Deep understanding of lead management workflows and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with data sources like GlobalData, Pitchbook, and sales enablement tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and identify trends.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in lead management, sales operations, or commercial support.
- Experience managing people and driving team performance.
- Fluent in English.
