As Head of HRBP Retail, you partner with Area Managers to shape the people strategy for stores, aligning it with Sephora’s mission and budget. You lead talent planning, reviews, and development while ensuring fair climates and compliant people policies. You drive recruitment, training, and change initiatives, acting as a connective tissue between stores, area management, and the HR department. This role offers a chance to impact store performance through people and culture at scale in Milan.

• Participate in national committee to define payroll and people budget for stores
• Identify talent gaps and oversee talent management plans
• Lead Talent Reviews and Succession Planning across the business unit
• Translate business strategy into unit HR initiatives
• Define recruitment needs and strategy with Area Managers
• Monitor climate and ensure fairness across areas
• Facilitate communication between Area Managers, Stores, and HR
• Supervise policy adherence and coordinate disciplinary actions
• Implement business-unit development strategies and close gaps with training
• Establish and cascade the company training strategy with L&D
• Deliver and coordinate learning and development initiatives
• Embodies Sephora values and act as ambassador
• Promote health and safety policy implementation
• Manage labor disputes and grievances with legal support
• Act as change agent in the organization

Responsabilità

• 5+ years in on-field HR roles, preferably in retail
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and aligned with Sephora’s values
• Willingness to travel for business needs
