Overview
We are looking to bring an enthusiastic new Head of HR into our business. This position will give you responsibility across markets from a HR / Legal perspective. As well as supporting the delivery of the business and organizational strategy you will take responsibility for planning the overall activities related to among other areas: talent acquisition, training and development, workforce planning and Rewards overview (hot skills, market hotspots, compensation inflation).
You will be responsible for the market implementation of Ramboll's people and organisation development strategy ensuring this is aligned and integrated into country activities. A key part of the role is to work in partnership with the Country HR Director and ensure global HR initiatives are implemented at a local level considering the matrix organization, intercultural differences and diverse nature of employment conditions across the country.

Responsibilities
- As our new Head of HR you will be responsible for the deployment of the annual HR processes and services that facilitates value based impact on the business. This also includes proactive action and insights on attraction, development and retention of talents; maximising employee satisfaction; promoting diversity and inclusion and Ramboll Fundamentals; and positioning Ramboll as an employer of choice.
- Advise and counsel managers in goal setting to align with overall business goals
- Balance expectations, seek feedback and plan and prioritize with insight and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate to HR Director when required
- Coordinate or convey assignments to other experts in the HR team or in Ramboll Support Organization and follow through to ensure a solution is achieved
- Provide coaching for business unit leadership team regarding how to make use of HR data and the results of HR processes to improve business performance
- Identify and prioritize the need for HR solutions and services which support the business unit
- Contribute proactively with professional expertise to support the strategic development of the business units
- Coordinate HR support of the market units to secure consistent support across the region and in line with local legislation as well as always being updated on relevant changes in the market
- Plan and coordinate management processes and reporting of the Ramboll units in the region
- Provide management support and professional day-to-day consultancy to leaders in the region
- Ensure coordination of deliveries with other Business Support Functions across all Markets
- Support the implementation phase of new HR tools and concepts for key stakeholders
- Assist the management team to bring the best solutions to employees
- Mediate and facilitate conflict resolution and support leaders with Employee Relations issues
Qualifications
- A relevant master’s degree related to HR typically within a field of study in include Business Administration, Psychology or Communication
- Experience with leadership and team development and coaching
- Experience with Talent Management
- Deep knowledge of employment law in the region and assigned countries
- Demonstrated business integrity, insight and proves a sound judgement and the ability to identify key issues and act with integrity, insight, and empathy
- Demonstrated global and cultural awareness
- Demonstrated insight in multiple human resource disciplines including HR policy, systems, processes, and tools
- Experience with Change Management
- Preferred experience with HR due diligence and integration (M&A)
- Proactive at recommending HR solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Systematic and analytical approach to challenges
- Maintain professional demeanour and remain calm in the face of setbacks or pressure, with the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity
