- A Conversion Architect, skilled at diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- A Behavioral Strategist, fascinated by what drives human action, able to mix cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design experiences that convert because they resonate.
- A Data-driven Creator, fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude, not just running tests, but connecting insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value.
This is a full-time position, carried out remotely or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon.

Your Mission
Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine. Transition Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine. You lead from the front, test hypotheses, launch new channels, and show the team how it’s done.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched
- Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t
- Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence
- Architect Funnels and campaigns (Hands-On): map, implement, track, ensure the machine works before budget scaling
- Relentless Optimization (CRO & A/B Testing): design, launch, and analyze tests (headlines, pricing, offers)
- Proactively hunt for friction points in the user journey and test fixes quickly
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging
- Ensure tracking, data integrity, and learnings compound over time
- Channel Exploration & Scaling: oversee paid channels and identify next winning acquisition channels
- Growth Loops: design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content → product → content) and diagnose growth across stages
- Player-Coach Leadership: manage Growth team and build/maintain the team as needed
- Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality: focus on high-intent leads, feedback loops with Sales
Tools you’ll master: GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and others for insights. You’ll own KPIs: LTV/CAC, funnel conversion by stage, experiments per week.

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments
- Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests with measurable revenue or activation improvements
