Job Description :

As the Head of Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the governance activities of various statutory bodies and other entities established by our foundation. This includes overseeing the convocation, distribution, and archiving of governance documents and decisions, as well as ensuring effective communication between the Supervisory Board and Management Committee.

You will also be responsible for leading the coordination of external professionals for the preparation and archiving of special powers of attorney, overseeing conflict of interest declarations, compensation arrangements for Foundation bodies, and the archiving of biographical and regulatory documents.
