Head of Global Payroll

Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner – on behalf of a prestigious multinational consulting company, aiming to strengthen its Payroll team, has been entrusted with the search for the following professional profile:

HEAD OF GLOBAL PAYROLL

The selected candidate will have the following main responsibilities :

• Lead a structured team of specialists dedicated to outsourced global payroll management , personnel administration, and labor consulting.
• Coordinate and guide the team in payroll processing and HR administration activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all internal operations.
• Oversee day-to-day activities to guarantee compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and the identification of innovative and process-enhancing solutions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in multinational consulting firms within HR administration functions;
• A degree in Law or Economics; professional certification is a mandatory requirement;
• Excellent knowledge of current national payroll regulations, full-cycle HR administration practices, and application of major national collective labor agreements (CCNL);
• Familiarity with processes and key software solutions for payroll administration, including international project contexts;
• Focus on implementing structured processes and digital transformation, including AI integration;
• Proven experience in team management , with strong skills in motivation, training, and development;
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, strategic vision, and ability to work in international and multidisciplinary environments.
