Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Head of Franchising to join KIKO MILANO’s Franchising Team, reporting to the Global Real Estate & Franchising Director.


Such talent leads the execution of the franchise strategy within the hub, ensuring alignment with global objectives while driving local growth and operational excellence. Act as the main point of contact for franchise partners, fostering strong relationships and promoting best practices across the network.


In particular, you will:


  • Maintain regular weekly communication with franchise partners to review progress and identify new development opportunities within the region.
  • Manage contract negotiations and oversee all high-level discussions with partners, ensuring favorable and compliant agreements.
  • Own the governance framework and operational processes locally, ensuring that global templates, policies, and guidelines are properly implemented and adhered to.
  • Take full accountability for budgeting activities within the hub, optimizing resource allocation in line with strategic priorities.
  • Apply a strategic, structured, and proactive approach to all franchise activities, driving continuous improvement.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, facilitating transparency and alignment across teams and partners.
  • Build and nurture strong collaborative relationships with franchisees, encouraging the exchange of best practices and mutual growth.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of business cases to support new initiatives, expansions, and investment decisions.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on, action-oriented mindset, proactively managing projects and resolving challenges.
  • Prepare necessary documentation (e.g., Strategic Execution Documents) for internal approval processes.


What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor/Master of economics, retail management or similar studies
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in franchise management, business development, or partnership management within an international/multi-market context
  • Prior exposure to retail, consumer goods, or hospitality industries is highly desirable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Good knowledge of PowerBI, or Data Visualization team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to re- priorities as required to meet deadlines, detail-oriented
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
