Head of FP&A – Bolzano HQ (relocation provided)

For a leading international manufacturing company, we are currently seeking a Head of FP&A to join the Group Headquarters based in Bolzano.

Responsibilities

• Month end closing, business plan, budget and forecasts reporting (consolidation of P&L and Cash Flow figures and submission to headquarters)
• Elaboration of the financial results for top management, providing timely and consistent reports
• Manage the relationship with controllers and departments for data collecting and validation
• Support the improvements of all reporting steps with smart and critical thinking;
• Point of contact with headquarters for all FP&A topics
• Internal and external auditor support with reference to reporting matters / data

Your Profile

• Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering
• Proficiency in all MS Office Applications. Excellent Excel knowledge and Powerpoint are mandatory
• Previous experience in a multinational company as a controller or in a Big 4
• English at an advanced level (B2)
• Good knowledge of IFRS
• SAP and Oracle proficiency is a plus
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
