Head of FP&A

Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Group Head of FP&A to lead the group’s financial planning and analysis activities. This position is critical in supporting business decision-making through insightful financial analysis, forward-looking planning, and close collaboration with local finance teams. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-growing, multi-country environment with a lean team structure and a strong performance-oriented culture.

Organization : Direct Report to Group CFO

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes across the Group.
• Develop standardized templates and processes for country-level planning to drive consistency.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data from country teams to produce actionable insights.
• Partner with business and country leadership to understand performance drivers and opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial dashboards, KPIs, and variance analyses to senior leadership.
• Establish robust performance tracking tools aligned with strategic goals.
• Continuously enhance planning processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Foster strong collaboration between central and local finance teams, promoting shared ownership of results.
• Integrate financial planning processes of newly acquired entities into group-wide budgets and forecasts.

Profile Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A roles within international or multi-country companies.
• Experience in Audit / Transaction Services is a plus.
• Strong command of financial modeling, business partnering, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working in a lean, decentralized finance environment.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate central-local interactions.
• Fluency in English required;
  other European languages are an advantage.
