We are now seeking a proactive and results-driven Head of Financing to join our team. This role requires strong ownership, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to generate, manage, and scale fundraising activities across the region.
Job description:
- Drive Business Development: Manage the sales pipeline by generating borrower’s leads, cultivating referral business, and establishing strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Consult with Applicants: Meet with clients to explain the terms, risks, and benefits of loan products, as well as applicable government regulations.
- Facilitate Loan Processing: Ensure all required documentation is submitted to the loan underwriting department and properly recorded in electronic format.
- Represent the Company: Act as a representative of the employer, maintaining professional relationships and promoting the company’s values.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate (lending, asset management, development, or legal).
- Strong background in finance or law.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and close deal flow through networks, brokers, and marketing channels.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of business development and delivering measurable results.
