About the Project
Our client is an industrial food production company in the Aosta Valley, Italy, specializing in high-quality baked goods. Having started confidently, the company is now expanding its operations and requires many of its core processes to be built from the ground up. They are seeking a full-time Head of Finance and Administration to establish robust financial control and administrative processes.
The successful candidate will be a process-oriented leader responsible for building and leading the internal control, finance, and HR administration functions. This is a key leadership role with a direct impact on the company's profitability and operational efficiency, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
