The company is structured into two main strategic areas:

GDT (Global Dominion Tech-Energy)

This division covers the development and execution of services and projects across sectors such as renewable energy and power grids, telecommunications, and hospital infrastructure, among others.

GDE (Global Dominion Environment)

This division includes activities related to the circular economy and decarbonization, encompassing integrated waste management (from collection to reintegration into the production process—such as industrial cleaning, water treatment, waste treatment, etc.), as well as solutions aimed at reducing environmental impact.

MISSION:

Responsible for managing the company’s finances at the country level, leading the financial strategy, optimizing tax and financial resources, and ensuring the organization’s sustainability and liquidity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic financial and tax planning, valuation, and analysis for key company projects and investments.
• Preparation of expense budgets.
• Monitoring of expenses, payments, and relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Oversight and management of Treasury and Accounting.
• Management of relationships with banks.
• Preparation and management of monthly and annual reporting to headquarters.
• Infrastructure management: lease agreements, vehicles, and utilities.
• Reporting to headquarters.

PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar, with a specialization in Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (3 years in the construction sector is a plus).
• Experience in strategic financial and tax planning, valuation, and analysis for key projects and investments.
• Previous experience in auditing is a plus.
• High level of English, Italian & Spanish.
