We are building something ambitious.
Spring Studios is scaling its Events and Experiences offering as a strategic evolution of its creative and production capabilities.
We are looking for a commercially driven leader to take ownership of this growth and build a high-performing European unit.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a business-building role.
What You Will Own
- Full commercial and strategic development of the Events and Experiences Unit
- P&L responsibility within the European organizational framework
- Revenue growth through active client acquisition and network leverage
- Pricing strategy, negotiations, and margin protection
- Expansion of Spring’s presence in luxury brand experiences, fashion shows, high-end corporate events, experiential retail and cultural programming
- Progressive team building aligned with growth
What You Must Bring
• 10+ years of experience in agencies focused on luxury, fashion, or premium brand event creation
• A proven track record of generating and closing new business
• An active and transferable network within luxury brands, fashion houses, premium automotive or hospitality
• Demonstrated commercial leadership and budget management experience
• Strong financial discipline and understanding of margins
• A hunter mindset with measurable revenue impact
• Willingness to operate across Europe
