Your responsibilities

As the head of the erection, commissioning, and on-site service hub (E&C hub), you will develop the concept for the E&C hub and oversee its build-up to full operation. The main focus will be advisory services for erection and commissioning of Green Hydrogen modules, and on-site service for the balance of plant and Chlor-Alkali business. You will manage and lead this team, shaping the hub from day one, escalating impediments, managing risks, ensuring delivery, and driving process improvements.

• Define ECH scope of activities
• Determine needed capabilities and organizational structure
• Coordinate and implement the build-up of the E&C and on-site service hub for Green Hydrogen
• Assume overall responsibility for ECH activities
• Align strategies and processes with thyssenkrupp nucera's business objectives
• Continuously improve processes and enforce policies
• Develop and manage KPIs
• Establish systems, procedures, and adopt best practices
• Develop competence within erection & commissioning teams
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders for strategy and execution alignment
• Contribute to business strategy and budget planning, monitor expenditures
• Participate in resource planning, efficiency measurement, HR activities, and talent development

Your profile

• Fluent in English; German and other European languages are a plus
• Willing to travel, especially to Germany and outside Europe
• Willing to relocate to Southeast Europe
• Proven experience in M&A transactions and establishing new business locations
• Strong management background; mechanical and chemical expertise advantageous
• Customer-focused, data-driven, enjoys working with technical teams
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Over 6 years of experience in plant erection, commissioning, and service supervision
• Strong decision-making, business acumen, and results orientation
• Cross-functional operation ability, relationship and change management skills
• Organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, leadership qualities, and high regard for HSE standards
