Capella Florence is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Engineering team, drive strategic planning and ensure safe, efficient operations across all facilities.
You will manage the Engineering Business Plan and Budget, oversee life safety, energy systems, and regulatory compliance, and guide pre-opening activities for Capella's luxury hotel.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, at least 5 years at luxury hotels, strong leadership, and fluent Italian with professional English.
