For our client, a prestigious motorcycle racing Division we are seeking a

Head of Engine Group.

The role leads all technical and operational activities related to engine development within the Engineering Division. The role ensures seamless coordination among internal teams, central engineering functions, and external technical partners.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate engine design, preparation, maintenance, and testing activities.

- Maintain and monitor activity plans, ensuring alignment with engineering programs and schedules.

- Serve as the main point of contact for technical partners and internal engineering teams.

- Supervise engine maintenance activities and support technical issue resolution during testing and racing operations.

- Guarantee compliance with technical procedures, quality standards, and deadlines.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (performance, vehicle dynamics, test team, electronics) to ensure integrated workflows.

- Support continuous improvement of operational and coordination processes.

Your Profile

Requirments & skills:

- Engineering Degree

- Strong program management experience in international, multidisciplinary environments.

- Solid technical expertise in engine technologies and motorsport engineering.

- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

- Analytical mindset with focus on quality, reliability, and on‑time delivery.

- Fluent in English.
