Ericsson is seeking an innovative and collaborative Head of Reward Digital Strategy and Experience to design, develop, deploy, and operate our global Digital strategy roadmap, tools, and systems across the Reward technology landscape. This critical role will be responsible for aligning a digital strategy within the Reward function, enabling a suite of technologies that drive ongoing operational efficiency. Solutions will be delivered in partnership with Digital HR, HRIT, and GF Global Operations to ensure an agile delivery environment, utilizing both vendor and in-house developed solutions with a strong focus on experience and data integration to simplify workflows.

What you will do

  1. Design the Reward Digital People strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Reward Leadership Team to address current and future business needs.
  2. Create a multi-year Reward Digital strategy aligned with business and functional needs.
  3. Lead cross-functional Digital Reward projects within People, GFGO, and Digital Solution / HRIT partners.
  4. Evaluate, implement, optimize, and manage reward technology solutions that streamline Reward processes through automation and AI, ensuring coherence with enterprise standards.
  5. Prioritize Reward technology demands, manage capacity and resources, and develop short and long-term objectives for the team.
  6. Plan and manage the annual Digital budget for Reward projects, including spend and investment reporting.
  7. Understand data integration landscapes and implement solutions to support Reward insights.
  8. Create and implement adoption strategies to maximize system utilization.

What you will bring

  • Strong technical foundation and experience in Reward technologies, with innovative approaches.
  • Ability to lead change, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide hands-on SME guidance.
  • Proven success in HR technology strategy, implementation, and management.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, planning, and execution of multiple projects, with proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies.
