Head of Designers for Our Contemporary Line

Senior designer / head of designers - experience in management of a printed têxtile collection line of minimum 5 years

Passion for fashion, sensitivity for the product

Curiosity, open-mindedness, motivation, flexibility, stress resistance

High engagement, team spirit, good communication skills, proactivity

Sales affinity, availability to travel abroad

Proficiency in Photoshop and coloration software (Neocolorbox / Smartcolor)

Good English level. German, French, Spanish & Italian are an advantage

Tasks

• Artistic direction & management of the contemporary line
• Management of designers
• Trend & colour analysis
• Concept development for collections / creation of design stories
• Purchasing, development, and modification of designs
• Distribution / repeats of designs
• Color separation
• Coloration of separated and RGB designs
• Disposition of designs on dedicated fabrics
• Product follow-up, respecting deadlines
• Development of trend boards and other communication materials (invitations, newsletters, social media posts)
• Presentation of products, main trends & guidelines to the sales team
• Customer contacts / visits / collection presentations
