Head of Customer Success & Talent Growth

MongoDB is seeking an experienced people leader to grow and manage our Customer Success program in Italy. The role focuses on recruiting, coaching and developing high-touch and tech-touch teams to drive customer retention, expansion and adoption.

Based in Italy (Milan or Rome) with a hybrid working model, you will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to shape the customer success brand and processes, while guiding teams toward measurable targets and career growth.
