Head of CRM

Context : As Head of CRM , you will streamline CRM infrastructure across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other departments. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of CRM systems (HubSpot), from implementation and governance to training and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
Develop and lead CRM strategy to align with corporate and departmental objectives, ensuring seamless automation and data flow.
Full CRM Administration Oversight
Manage system configuration, user permissions, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Analytics & Performance Leadership
Build dashboards, monitor CRM health (data quality, segmentation), and optimize performance through insights.
People Leadership & Organizational Development
Grow and guide the CRM operations team, refine processes, and elevate cross‑functional collaboration and efficiency.
Key Skills and Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in CRM or marketing operations leadership, ideally with full experience in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs).
Technical Proficiency
HubSpot Certified; adept in marketing automation, data segmentation, and CRM analytics.
Soft Skills
Strategic thinker, strong communicator, operationally disciplined, collaborative.
Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.
Additional Proficiency
French, German, or Spanish.
