VIR HR Human Resources is seeking a Head of Controlling for their client in the Parma area, Italy. In this key finance leadership role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes while ensuring accurate financial planning and performance monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in Controlling within structured manufacturing environments, proven team management skills, and solid knowledge of industrial accounting principles. Fluency in English is mandatory.
