As Head of Content Strategy
You will lead the strategic direction, creation and management of content across all communication channels — driving engagement, supporting business growth, and ensuring a consistent brand narrative in both B2B and B2C contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Content Strategy team as the main content strategist, reporting directly to the Digital Engagement Team Manager, and play a key role in supporting new business initiatives and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all content‑related functions, both internally and externally.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies, grounded in a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape and digital ecosystems.
- Oversee the evaluation and optimization of CMS platforms, recommending enhancements to improve content delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with UX/UI, Marketing, Product, Sales, IT, Creative Design and Development teams to design and deliver customer‑centric content experiences.
- Contribute from the early stages of strategic digital projects, transforming business objectives and user insights into clear, actionable content requirements.
- Guarantee the quality, consistency, and coherence of storytelling across all clients’ touchpoints, supporting the design of seamless user journeys and customer flows.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and drive data‑informed improvements.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to senior and junior team members, acting as a reference point for best practices in content and communication strategy.
- Manage content‑related activities, overseeing team staffing, creating roadmaps and monitoring the quality of each deliverable.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in content strategy and communication, with a solid background in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content performance metrics, and emerging trends in media and technology.
- Hands‑on experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders around a shared content vision.
- Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset, capable of translating insights into actionable plans that deliver measurable impact.
- Knolwedge of project management best practices and tools
