Job Description

The Head of Construction oversees the planning and delivery of construction projects, ensuring their timely and cost-effective completion. This involves coordinating all project phases, working with stakeholders to schedule and plan work, managing logistics, and monitoring progress. The role also includes liaising with clients and professionals, managing budgets, and ensuring project compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the local development and origination teams in assessing business opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth transition from development to construction phases.
