Our client is looking for a Head of Communications & Marketing to shape the voice, vision, and visibility of a heritage brand with modern relevance.
In this position, you’ll define and execute an integrated global communications and marketing strategy across digital, social, and traditional channels. You’ll champion the brand’s story to engage audiences worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with design, retail, and digital teams to deliver unified, high-impact campaigns that drive awareness and desirability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies across key global markets.
- Lead a talented team to deliver multi-channel campaigns that elevate brand presence and engagement.
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with long-term brand and business goals.
- Oversee digital transformation initiatives through data-driven storytelling and social media innovation.
- Establish KPIs, manage budgets, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in luxury, fashion, or jewelry.
- Proven success leading global campaigns that enhance brand prestige and engagement.
- Deep understanding of consumer insights, digital trends, and content strategy.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is a strong advantage.
