Head of Communication

Involve Space is the first Italian startup specializing in stratospheric missions with pseudo-satellite balloons. If you're looking to join a high-talent team and contribute to a (literally) space-bound project, this is your chance!

As Head of Communication, you will be the strategic voice of Involve Space. You’ll work closely with the CEO, the innovation team, and key internal functions to shape and manage the company’s image and reputation across media, institutional, and industry landscapes.

You will

• Draft, distribute, and manage press releases and media relations
• Handle institutional relationships alongside the CEO (space agencies, investors, stakeholders, etc.)
• Drive and critically evaluate other marketing initiatives (e.g., VR experiences, demo tools, installations)
• Scout, select, formalize, and manage (or directly participate in) industry events
• Organize internal events (presentations, site visits, open days)
• Co-organize LarioSpace in collaboration with the CEO and innovation team

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate communication and media relations
• Strategic mindset with a strong stakeholder management ability
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Proactivity, independence, and strong problem-solving attitude
• Fluency in both Italian and English
• Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office suite; basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma) are a plus
• Previous experience in aerospace or tech industries is highly appreciated
