As Head of Commodity, you will define and drive the sourcing and AVL strategy to secure cost competitiveness and reliable supply. You will lead Commodity Managers, align sourcing with the tech roadmap, and push value through targeted cost reductions and supplier optimization. You will own RFx/RFQ and pricing governance, manage supplier lifecycles, and steer contracts and commercial agreements. You will monitor market trends, coordinate with R&D, and champion digital tools to streamline procurement. This is a strategic, cross‑functional leadership role shaping sourcing excellence and supply chain resilience.

Responsabilità

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering; MBA is a plus
• 10+ years’ experience in procurement
• 7 years’ strategic sourcing experience; influence business strategy and vendor relations
• 5 years’ experience in leading cross‑divisional teams
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Proven cost‑saving track record; diversification of supply chain
• Experience developing and implementing sourcing processes and tools
• Long‑standing experience in commodity and supplier management
• Superior cross‑functional and cross‑cultural communication
• Proactive, multitasking, cross‑functional coordination
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment
• Fluent in English
