We are looking for a Head of Commercial Controlling to join our Administration, Finance & Control team.

The candidate will lead the controlling team, reporting directly to the CFO, and will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Support Business Unit Managers in driving business growth by providing financial insights and leading the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis for the units under their responsibility.
• Lead the controlling team to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
• Foster the development and growth of team members through coaching and performance management.
• Organize team activities and develop systems in line with continuous improvement principles and corporate guidelines.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role within a structured and modern business environment, or in auditing/professional services firms.
• Goal-oriented mindset, with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, combined with proactivity, ambition, and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Digitally curious and passionate.
• Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken
