Position Summary
We are seeking a Head of Channel - Italy to lead the development and expansion of Trend Micro’s partner ecosystem in Italy. This strategic leadership role is focused on building strong, long-term relationships with key partners—including VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, hosters, and cloud brokers—while driving sustainable growth across enterprise and mid-market segments.
The Director Channel Sales will define and execute partner recruitment, enablement, and growth strategies aligned with Trend Micro’s overall business objectives. The role requires significant travel across Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute channel strategies to expand Trend Micro’s presence across enterprise and mid-market customers in Italy.
- Recruit, onboard, and scale high-potential partners, with a strong focus on VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, hosters, and cloud brokers.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within the partner ecosystem to drive long-term collaboration and loyalty.
- Deliver enablement, training, and business support to enhance partner sales, marketing, and technical capabilities.
- Drive joint business planning with partners, aligning objectives, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee pipeline development, deal registration, and forecasting through Salesforce.
- Represent Trend Micro at partner and industry events, strengthening brand visibility and market presence.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in channel sales or channel management, ideally within cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling strategic partner relationships.
- Strong experience working with managed services partners and recurring revenue models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel 50% or more across Italy.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com is an advantage.
