The Head of Business Development for IGS Italy is responsible for driving commercial growth in the Italian market by developing and managing strategic partnerships within the B2B2C and B22C assistance ecosystem.

The role focuses on revenue expansion through insurance companies, banks, automotive companies, mobility providers, utilities, telecommunications companies, retailers, affinity groups, and digital platforms by designing value-added assistance solutions for end customers.

This position combines strategic leadership and high-level relationship management and focuses on:

  • Acting as the company’s senior commercial representative in Italy.
  • Establishing strong internal alignment with regional and global teams.
  • Contributing to group-level strategic planning.

  • Strong financial and contractual understanding.

  • Italian: Native level or Fluent English (mandatory for international collaboration).


REQUIREMENTS

  • 12+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership.
  • Strong track record in assistance services, insurance, mobility, travel, health, or service-related sectors.
  • Proven experience in B2B2C and/or B22C business models.
  • Demonstrated history of closing high-value, long-term partnership agreements.
