Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan for a Head of Business Development and Communication covering the whole European Market. In brief, the role is mainly creating, maintaining and growing the network of potential clients in Europe and growing revenue while maintaining the brand image and guidelines. The manager will be responsible to manage, hire and regularly evaluate the assisting teams inside and outside Milan. The manager at this stage reports directly to the group CEO.

Qualifications

• Strong team management and leadership skills to guide and inspire a diverse group of professionals; proven success in a similar role in a luxury furniture brand or interior design studio.
• Exceptional project management and analytical skills to streamline operations and make data-driven business decisions.
• Proficiency in crafting and executing strategic business plans.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build a strong network among potential clients, primarily star architects and interior designers.
• Prior experience in luxury furniture or architecture studio.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
