Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan for a Head of Business Development and Communication covering the whole European Market. In brief the role is mainly creating , maintainimg and growing the network of potential clients in Europe amd grow the revenue while maintaining the brand image and guidelines. The manager will be responsible to manage , hire amd regulary evaluate the assisting teams insode and outside Milan
The manager at this stage reports directly to the group CEO.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide and inspire a diverse group of professionals
- should have proven success in similar postion in luxury furniture brand or interior design studio
- Exceptional Project Management and Analytical Skills to streamline operations and make data-driven business decisions
- Proficiency in crafting and executing strategic business plans
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong network within pitebtial clients mainly star architects and interior designers
- Prior experience in luxury furniture or architecture studio
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
