Overview
We’re supporting a fast-growing, consumer-focused digital company in the search for a Head of Brand to lead and scale its brand function at a pivotal stage of growth.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has not only defined brand strategy, but has also put it into the market — across campaigns, channels, teams, and geographies.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CMO, you will own the brand end-to-end, with responsibility for translating strategy into clear execution and measurable impact. You’ll act as the internal brand authority, partnering closely with Product, Creative, Data, Performance, and Leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, narrative, and tone of voice
- Lead brand activation and execution across ATL, digital, social, influencer, partnerships, and emerging channels
- Build and scale brand processes, raising the bar on quality, speed, and consistency
- Manage and develop a cross-functional creative ecosystem (in-house team + partners)
- Work closely with Data and Research to connect brand initiatives to business outcomes (not just vanity metrics)
- Own brand budgets and planning, including annual and campaign-level investment decisions
- Act as a true builder in a context that rewards ownership, pragmatism, and comfort with ambiguity
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in senior brand roles, ideally in D2C, scale-up, or high-growth environments
- Proven track record of executing brand strategy, not just defining it
- Experience managing significant brand/media budgets and working across the full funnel (ATL to digital)
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and comfort operating without heavy structure
- Ability to link brand work to measurable business impact (ROI, trade-offs, prioritisation)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or scaling international brands
- Exposure to media planning/buying and agency management
- Interest in using automation, AI, and modern tools to improve creative and brand operations
