What you´ll do

• Owe key accounts for the paper segment across Europe
• Optimize customer profitability through portfolio management and understanding customer buying behavior
• Achieve high rates of ACE project pipeline closures to meet and exceed sales plans
• Develop and acquire talent with strong application knowledge and customer experience to differentiate in the market
• Lead the technical team of APP Southern Europe in the flexible packaging and paper markets
• Define team roles and responsibilities, and manage resource allocation
• Serve as site leader for Zingonia AE lab, with full SHEQ responsibility
• Advance AE operations by sharing best practices and executing the APP strategy, focusing on KSIs
• Decide on internal and external support activities, including introducing new adhesive technologies
• Act as the technical interface between customers and Henkel teams, ensuring professional communication
• Develop innovations and improvements based on data-driven decisions, collaborating with internal and external partners
• Create technical content for training, publications, and internal/external sharing
• Serve as the EU regional expert for food safety in the paper business, providing consulting across functions
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, prepare technical statements, and recommend products
• Support customer projects in critical situations

What makes you a good fit

• Master's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong technical expertise
• Good knowledge of packaging tools and applications
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Italy, Greece, Spain, and France
