Head of Animation/Falkyland (Kids Club & Entertainment) (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us:

• Develop, implement, and manage the Falkyland concept in line with Falkensteiner brand standards and values
• Design age-appropriate edutainment programs for babies, mini, and junior groups, with a focus on play, creativity, movement, nature, and sustainability
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise recreational, sports, and creative activities, as well as family events and special initiatives
• Manage the Babyland, Falkyland, and Softplay areas (800 m²), ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of six team members, fostering professionalism, motivation, and alignment with Falkensteiner philosophy
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and other departments to deliver cross-functional events and services
• Welcome and assist guests, with a strong focus on family needs and overall guest satisfaction
• Oversee operational and administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, resource management, inventory, and quality monitoring

What you bring:

Proven experience as Head of Kids Club/Animation, or similar role in family resorts, holiday villages, or hotels.

• Education in animation, education, tourism, sports, or hospitality
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• High service orientation and commitment to quality standards
• Structured, reliable, and standards-driven approach
• Passion for working with children and families
• Excellent command of Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and peak season periods
