Head of Aircraft Sales & Global Dealer Network
Location: Italy | International Scope
Gryphen Aircraft Industries Srl is a leading manufacturer of advanced ultralight aircraft. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenHead of Aircraft Sales & Global Dealer Network to spearhead our sales activities and expand our international presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow aircraft sales in Italy and worldwide.
- Develop, establish, and manage aglobal network of dealers and distributors .
- Identify new market opportunities and drive international expansion.
- Represent Gryphen Aircraft at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Maintain supplier relations to support aircraft production and availability.
- Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the right aircraft solutions.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the aviation sector.
- Licensed ULM pilot in Italy (mandatory).
- Experience with Texan and Storch ultralight aircraft (a strong advantage).
- Solid understanding of aircraft production processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and internationally.
